In this 3-day self-paced video course, you'll learn the crucial steps needed to immediately start removing guilt from food and (FINALLY!) no longer feeling out of control when you eat foods you love.
On Day 1, you'll take note of foods that bring up anxiety or are viewed as “off limits" in order to figure out exactly what to target.
On Day 2, you'll shift the way you view and think about food. I'll give you the tools you need to remove guilt and shame from the foods you love.
